Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Tribe Ave Studios! Please review and sign the following Studio Policies and Service Agreement prior to your consultation or booking. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We look forward to working with you! BOOKING POLICIES Full payment is required to book and schedule studio time. Late arrivals will forfeit missed time. A 3% fee applies to all credit/debit card payments. Purchased studio time must be used within 30 days (bulk pricing excluded). Special offers may allow up to 6 months. The client listed as the payee owns the masters once the session is fully paid. Payments are final and non-refundable. RESCHEDULING POLICIES Notify us 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits the initial 50% deposit, though remaining funds can be applied to future sessions (subject to management approval). CANCELLATION POLICIES Cancelling forfeits the 50% deposit. TARDINESS POLICIES If you're late, your session may be shortened, but you are responsible for the full payment. BEFORE YOUR SESSION We use Pro Tools HD. If you’re not using it, bring or send your stems beforehand via thumb drive, hard drive, or email (team@tribeavestudios.com). We recommend planning travel time to avoid lateness. DURING YOUR SESSION Editing and file transfers occur during your booked time. Limit of 5 people per studio session. With your approval, we may take a promotional photo during your session for social media. Downtime due to equipment failure won’t count against your session. AFTER YOUR SESSION Stay in touch with your engineer for edits or revisions. A minimum fee of $50 applies to transfer files to a hard drive or via Dropbox, and files will be cleared from our drives after six months. Book future sessions through our front desk at 480-238-2488. EDITS & REVISIONS Mix revisions are $50 for up to 30 minutes. Standard rates apply beyond that. GENERAL POLICIES Smoking is prohibited inside the studio. Drugs and weapons are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund if necessary. PROJECT DETAILS We provide a light mix, with production and mastering available upon request. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Tribe Ave Studios is not responsible for lost, left, or stolen items. COPYRIGHT & PROMOTIONS We may use a 30-60 second sample of your music for promotional purposes.
